We realize that it can be hard to commit to sleeping two nights in the snow, with this over-nighter, you don't have to be outside for too long, it can be your first time backpacking, first time snowshoeing, heck, it could be your first time hiking and it is still designed for you!

There isn't much that beats the opportunity to backpack through the giant sequoias in the snow with some snowshoes. Winter exploration of National Parks means that you avoid the crowds and get to experience nature at a more peaceful and serene time that is captivating. Don't let the idea of snow and the cold hold you back. We have very warm 0 degree sleeping bags ready for this trip. There will be plenty of fun to be on this one!

Level of activity

This is an intermediate level backpacking trip that won't disappoint. While the routes aren't technical, treacherous, or hard, we have to say it is intermediate because snowshoeing requires more energy and activity than normal backpacking/hiking. Adventurers will be expected to carry around 25-30 pounds of gear including their own personal belongings. We are expecting to cover around 5-7 miles of ground per day.

Adventure details

What's included:  An all inclusive* guided trip by our adventure specialists. *Inclusive= use of tent, zero degree sleeping bag, snowshoes, insulated sleeping pad, backpack, all meals with our camp chef, and an epic adventure. All of our gear is pretty awesome, we don't use cheap stuff. We only use quality from trusted brands.

Cost: $219. $99 deposit due to secure your spot and the balance is due 10 days prior to adventure date.
